But the truth is more nuanced; I actually began as a singer-songwriter. Surprised? Both roles share a crucial skill: collaborative storytelling.

Hi, I'm Tiffany Thompson, founder of Artistic Leadership Productions (ALP). At ALP, we believe the world is filled with creative, mission-driven leaders—think X-Men and Hobbits—ready to contribute their unique voices for the common good. Unfortunately, many organizations outsource the storytelling of their mission, missing out on opportunities for creative leadership training.
